Hi, can anyone decipher a city and state from the following code? Thanks.

LHLLVIAUNTSE

    The way to do this is to write a short program that prints out a list of all the possible combinations and then do CTRL+F on this list for various states or cities or whatever. Should take maybe 15 minutes.

    Actually, more like 700,000. And the simplicity still doesn't change the fact that I don't know how to write a program.

    it shouldnt be that hard. it's just that no one knows all the cities in America, and it could be anything, really.

    but tell me this. is the state in "state" form? like, LA, or NY? or is it "New York" or something.

    This makes me wonder if you know what 12! means. And I suspect it's a good bit more than 700,000 possible combinations.
