For about a week and a half, I've had some stomach problems. For the first few days, I had some mild nausea, as well as what felt almost like a muscle pain at the top of my stomach, as well as violent rumbling whenever I laid down. Recently, though, the first two symptoms appear to have dissipated somewhat, but I've gained some constant bloating and cramping, all of which are worsened about an hour after eating.
Pepto doesn't seem to be doing anything. I have been stressed lately, with anxiety along with starting school again, which has led me to think it may just be stress-related.
Food allergies? I have stomach issues when I eat gluten or dairy.
That's what I thought it could be, so I stayed off eating dairy products for about 3 days, but that didn't do too much.
There are a lot of common food allergies...gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts, dairy, strawberries, etc. Have you added anything knew to your diet lately?
I don't think I've eaten anything new recently... the only food that I think could be at all causing this would be a Whopper. I rarely eat fast food, but I had one the day these problems developed, but that was last Friday.
I've been constipated recently in the sense that I've had the feeling that I need to shit, but I won't be able to. I still have been shitting somewhat frequently, though.
Well, my advice it to buy some Pro-Biotics, like Acidophillius and take them twice a day on an empty stomach. This will help to rebuild the good bacteria in your intestines and should take care of the bloating and cramping. If it doesn't help go see your doctor.
