FTP program for uploading comics

I hope it's not inapropriate to bump this post to ask a question that not related to the economics of webcomics, but but I was wondering if anyone had any recomendations for a good, free FTP program, for uploading out comic onto the interwebs. User-friendly is the key, as I'm not too hot with complex programs.

    Windows, use something like FileZilla. Mac, use Cyberduck. There's lots of options out there but those two are pretty easy to use.
