So, recently I've been spending quite a bit of time on my pocket pc, a Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket Loox 420 running windows mobile 2003. I've tried to look around for games that might interest me on this platform, but for some reason is really hard to find good reviews. Also, gaming on WM seems to be very much focused on the casual gamer. I've been able to find a port of the classical X-Com 1, but the controls make this game a bit cumbersome.
Does anyone have any recommendations for other, preferably strategy, games I can try out? Are there any good review-sites for pocket pc games?
Yeah, that is something that might be worth looking into. I remember that when I first got it I played around a bit with emulators as well, but the interface does not really work that well for anything other than point and click.

I know what you are talking about, but I can't remember the name of the game for the life of me. I actually had this game, but lost it in a re-install I think.

Snails look great! It has been a long time since I played worms... so it would be worth 20$ to get this game?

Good for playing those old adventure games, LucasArts and others.

It's a Worms ripoff, and a good one.

The game has a full very toung n' cheek story mode.
Multiplayer can be played turn-based on 1 pocketpc and also over wireless (never tried it my self though)
For a pocket pc game, $20 might seem a little steep. But I think it's well worth it since it was the only pocketpc game I ever bought
