USB File Serving

Are there any solutions such that you can make your computer pretend to be a USB hard drive/memory stick for the purposes of serving files to things which only have USB connections - like, for example, a a stereo with a USB connection for playing mp3s off of a thumb drive?

If so, can I have some names?

If not, is it even possible? If so, have I made my first million once I put this idea into practice?

Its definitely possible. Wouldn't be simple to make though AFAIK, since you would need two USB interfaces and custom drivers.

No idea if they exist though.
