I've been on these forums for about six months to a year now, and I've been online for the better part of fifteen years. It wasn't until I got here that I kept seeing ITT, ITTP, etc. used in messages. I don't feel like googling them because I want a for sure definition. Someone please give me a rundown of the common board abbreviations so I can stop feeling like a huge fucking idiot.... please? Once I have an answer, the mods are free to lock. This wasn't any kind of rant or complaint, I just don't know, and the best way is to ask right ?
Hehe, actually, you stole both my thunders. I was just about to add in the thing about Link to the Past. I do that too... and I'm not even a Zelda fan, really.
Edit: SHIT AND XAQUIN STOLE MY THUNDER ABOUT YOU STEALING MY THUNDER
I too always think 'link to the past' but it usually makes sense because they are talking about old games so. Then i figure out it can't mean that so I for some reason think it means 'learn to play' despite it being short a T. Finally I figure out what it actually is.
I know you said you don't want to google the acronyms, but I've found urbandictionary.com to be quite helpful for finding out what stuff means. Most of the time they're accompanied by a description of where the terms might be used/where they originated. It has a good selection of things that one might find on forums.

Also, there's a sexual definition. ALWAYS.
Pretty much exactly what this guy just said. There is ALWAYS one of those.

Give up?
LTTP = Late To the Party, used when talking about an older game/system/etc. that someone's just recently happened upon and wants to discuss.
Edit: Just saw you typed ITTP, not LTTP. Are you sure about that? I dunno anything about no ITTP's.
EDIT: Sorry for stealing your thunder, whuppins
Glad I'm not the only one.
