Halo 2 Skulls/Secrets

Did anyone ever decode the whole EGATFIBGBCSIMAW acronym? Anyone ever get the skulls in that particular order and find the super ultimate secret?
Also what of this:
A [recent] discovery mentioned by EGM about the numbers 1 and 7 being found on
Outskirts. They asked Bungie (Mission Designer Tyson Green, Halo 2), and he
said, "There is [significance in those numbers]. It's something that's obvious
once you know what it is, but I'm not going to say--it's just a hint that tells
you the nature of something."
Halo 3 will be out soon and I NEED these answers to halo 2, I'm sure there will be all new ones soon enough.

The 1 and 7 on outskirts indicates how you get the "I Would Have Been Your Daddy" skull, which triggers a fuckton of bonus conversations and makes everyone talk more.
You see, you have to play that level on Legendary, and make it to that point. You can't restart or die, ever, when trying to get there. At this point there's a 1 out of 7 chance that the skull even shows up.
Once you pick it up, you'll be teleported to the middle of outskirts and will have to take down I think 7 waves of spec-ops elites. Once you beat them, the screen will flash with "I Would Have Been Your Daddy".
Now have fun because you'll lose the skull once you turn off the game :P

with that in mind, when you're a little less capable than the most adept multi-thumbed Halo player, it comes as something of a relief to hear how they're handling the skulls in Halo 3.
Uh. it's an easter egg. Most people don't even know it's there. What is there to put up with and how you would "not put up with it"
Well, he's saying that if you are awesome enough to make it to the easter egg location, the easter egg should be there. You shouldn't be reliant on the RNG to favor you as well. It's kind of the point of Easter Eggs. They are for people who do awesome/creative things, not people who are just lucky.
