I have been wanting to do this for some time...

for a guild wars draft tournament. My rules would be a mite bit different, but overall extremely similar.
Is there any interest in holding a tournament such as this? Would I have participation? Before I go through all the organizational stuff, who, if anyone, would be in on this dealie?
