Accidentally Deleted a Port Trigger

So I was in my account settings for FiOS using my ip in the address bar and all that and I ended up accidentally deleting one of my port triggers. There were only two total and I was wondering if there were a default two that were set when I originally got FiOS because lately my internet connection hasn't been as fast and I figured it was because I fucked something up. So ultimately my question is... What are the two port triggers in FiOS if they are all the same?
