Most important thing, Drez... Add a "Do you like me? Circle 'yes' or 'no'" at the end.

Best to deliver that verbally, too.

    Hypthetical #1:

    Me: "Hi! Good morning."
    Her: "Hello."
Me: "Do you like me? Circle here for 'yes', here for 'no'."

Nah, you'll be one of the first, a true pioneer. Why do you ask?

I have to do a montage for my film class. The most handy footage I have is anime clips, so I am sort of at a loss. It doesn't help that, at the moment, I can't think of anything specific to use, and while I don't want to touch anime it's currently the best choice I've got.

Zombie montage showing the eveloution from the Romero Shuffle to 28 days/weeks sprinters and end it with Shaun of the Dead to Thriller.

Or go for irony with the music like at the end of Dr. Strangelove.

    Good idea or best idea?

If you do, rephrase it so it's not like you told it to a bunch of strangers. Because that could be taken as kind of creepy/weird.

I'll change it and refer to myself in third person.

Wait, you're actually serious about that? I thought you were kidding, because, good god, that's a horrible idea!

The number of Nickelback and Linkin Park AMVs as compared to any halfway decent band proves to me that I shouldn't go to Ohayocon even though some girl wants me to. Because there would invariably be punching.

It's a bit cliche, but stick it to some good music and good quotes (well as good as anime can get) and it should be passeable. Though I can forsee it making you look like a bit of a nerd.

Eh, I'm not too worried about looking nerdy in front of my peers as long as I can pull it off well, and it gets me a good mark.

@moniker: I had actually thought of Shaun of the Dead when I was handed the assignment. Weird. But again, I don't have any footage to use of Shaun of the Dead, or any other reputable zombie flick for that matter.

Contemporary music doesn't suck the crap just hasn't been distilled out of it yet so you have to actually get your hands dirty to find the good songs which isn't the case with classics. How many shitty garage bands were there for every Hendrix or Joplin? Who cares.

Song titles in quotes, albums in italics, artists are plain (or bold if you’re hardcore).

And Jet are kinda crappy and pretty boring.

I think their last was their third, and a fourth is on the way. The third was what I talking about; it was unimpressive. First album was great, though, and the second was pretty good.
