Getting sick? :(

I was crippling sick with explosive bowel movements over the weekend.
Now I feel a soar throat coming on :(

I ussually don't get sick much and specially not this often.

The only things that have changed is the weather is really damp here for the last few weeks, it's colder out. I also turned a 'valve' on my heater from 'Summer' to 'Winter'. I think it's for the humidifier?

My diet hasn't been the best, but still lots of fruits/veggies. The last two weeks I haven't exercised much due to a fucked up foot and a pulled pelvis muscle.

At work it's cold (I work night shifts) in my building. I got two fucking sweaters on and still freezing.

I'm going to get some oranges to eat tonight. For the Vitiam C.. also will pick up some good veggies. Anything else I can eat to help boast my immune system? I really don't like pills much; but looking for some foods or other ways to make my immune system strong as an ox.

An ox is strong, yes? Like a rhino :)

You're on the right track, and the pooping/sore throat can be many things not related to an actual disease. But to further kick-up your immune system, keep eating at least some fruits and vegetables a day. Don't eat too many oranges! The acid will make your ass burn like you you just dropped the soap in Sing Sing. Two weeks of little exercise won't put a huge dent in your immune system, but try some light stretching to speed up recovery. Also, if you get the chance, try to spend about twenty minutes in the sun as often as possible. Sunlight gives a nice boost as well.

Finally, try eating foods with a lot of folic acid in it, like marmite. Works a treat.

If you feel that you are getting a cold, I hear a zinc supplement works really well in shortening the severity and the duration of a cold. Also for some odd reason I hear about a lot of people getting sick when the seasons begin to change. Lastly, working nightshift can wreak havoc on your immune system, so you might have to really eat healthy and take preventive measures (like a vitamin supplement) as opposed to "Joe Daytimeworker" who wouldn't.
