CD/DVD drive gives me a weird error

Ok, when I try to play a DVD I get this error:

I:/

The device is not ready


(I is my CD/DVD drive)

But yeah, I dont know what that means. CDs play fine, and I can open the DVD and see all the Audio and Video files that I cant use. So what do I need to do?

    Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? If that doesn't work or you are unable to locate the drivers, try calling the manufacturer and see if this problem is commonplace.
