I was wondering if anyone had some recommendations on good tutorials/web pages on basic networking. Me and my friends will have small LAN parties every so often. When we try to play, we typically spend 45 minutes to an hour of setup time per game because person A is trying to host and person B can't see his comp but when person B tries to host person C and D can't see him, and so forth. If one of us actually knew what the hell we were doing we'd be able to spend less time setting up and more time gaming. If anyone has any good sites for this kind of thing bookmarked or or some tips on how to tackle these problems I'd appreciate it.
