Corrupted Document Recovery

Recently one of my documents has decieded to corrupt itself and no longer likes to be opened by Word.
If Anyone knows how to salvage it or of a free document recoverer i would be much apreciated.

    This is fixed and can be locked. I ended up using on of the demo programs that recovers it but replaces words with the word 'demo'. Then i removed the program and re opened and the demo's were gone.
