Dietitian?

I'm thinking of seeing a dietitian. I'm 19, 5'8 and weigh 66kg. i go to the gym. I'm just looking at getting on a healthy and well set out diet to improve my skin and to get a lower body fat percentage as to get a six pack. Overall I just want to feel healthier as well.

I eat relatively well now, but i thought if I gad a guideline to stick to and was monitored I'd really see results. Have any of you been to a dietitian and feel it worked excellently and would highly recommend it?

you're the same height and only a couple kilos heavier than me, which means you probably don't need a dietician so much as some basic guidelines, which you can get in plenty of cheaper places. Like the fitness thread. I mean, go for it of you've got the money to burn, but you don't have a problem unless you have, like, zero muscles.

I haven't had my muscle density weighed, but apparently my body fat level is 11%. But I'm not sure those machines are very accurate. I didn't go straight to the fitness thread because I wanted a routine worked out for me specifically. But I may look around the fitness thread regardless. Thanks, cat.
