Season 6 comes out on DVD on Oct. 30th.

The seventh and final season of Scrubs begins this Thursday, Oct. 25 at 9:30 Eastern on NBC.

Bill Lawrence has mentioned some changes that are in store. He's hoping to give the focus more to the characters instead of the antics they're involved in, has said the Janitor's name will be revealed in the final episode, and says JD will have to grow up during the course of the season.

    My Cold Shower (Keith proposes to Elliot at the bar) and the Laverne episode get me every time.

    More so than the Ben episode actually.

    But we already know the Janitor's name is Neil Flynn.

    Dave, Neil Flynn is the guy who plays the Janitor. Someone slipped up and used his real name during a taping and it got left in.

    I want to watch you guys talk about Scrubs. None of my friends like it as much as I do. I have bad taste in friends.

    I almost punched a friend who said that Zach Braff was only lovable because he looked like a young Ray Romano. He does have the same sort of wussy charm, but Jesus Christ, he's not nearly as straight as Romano.

    Seriously. Knock off the Ross and Rachel bullshit. I thought the whole point of them getting together and it going to hell early on was to get it out of the way. I couldn't give a shit if J.D. and Elliot screw up the relationships they're in now. But for them to do that because maybe this time it'll work is annoying. Go back to nailing Jordan, she's hot.

    Yes. It is so amazingly hilarious and strangely true to life how borderline gay they are. Their friendship is my favorite part of the show.

    On the topic of favorite episodes, "His Story III" always makes me feel for the Janitor, and then it gets followed by "My Lunch," another tear-jerker.
