Problem with wii controllers

So I've had a wii for about a week or so now, and I've encountered a problem - some of the buttons on my classic controller aren't registering any more. Anyone else had this happen? Any advice?

    Can't offer you much advice, but I've heard that Nintendo customer service is extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them up.
