Vista isn't seeing all of my RAM

I just added another 2GB of RAM to my machine, bringing my total up to 4GB. But Vista says it doesn't see it.
My BIOS sees it, and after installing it I had to reactivate my copy of Vista, so it obviously detected a hardware change. Also, my performance index asked to be updated and went from 5.0 to 5.3.
But in the system properties, my RAM total is still showing as 2047MB.

What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting in Vista I'm missing?

    This explains what you're seeing.

    Thanks! That does explain it.
I'd like to upgrade to Vista x54. It seems like it'll work with just about everything I have except my iPhone.
And that's the problem, I need this thing to work with my iPhone. Apple needs to release a 64bit iTunes soon.
