Faulty Mobo?

Recently my PSU blew out. I changed the PSU and now I'm getting no image. I figured it was my grapichs card, which was in need of an upgrade anyways, so I bought a new one, but it did not help. I've tried reseating all cables and components, but my monitor remains completely black. I've tried the monitor with other computers, using the same cable, so I know that is not the issue. The mobo seems to be routing power properly, with all the fans connected trough it running fine, but I'm beginnning to wonder if it POSTs at all, since none of my USB devices light up like they usually do.

tldr: Getting no image on monitor, nor does any of my USB devices recieve power. All the internal components connected to the mobo seem to work fine.

Is there some way I can check if it is indeed my mobo that is acting up?

unplug everything except power supply and memory and cpu. It should post with that much plugged in. If it doesn't... well, your problem lies somewhere in the mobo, cpu, or memory.
