Xbox 360 RROD problems...should I be worried?

Yesterday, I got the three rings by playing Gears of War for the first time. I put the disc in and it asked me if I wanted an update and I said no, then shortly after I got the RROD. Though I turned it on again, and everything seemed fine. I played Gears of War for the second time, and I got RROD again. The third time though, I got the update and everythnig worked perfectly. I also noticed the console was quite hot.

Today, I was playing Halo 3 online, and out of nowhere, I got the RROD, though the connection to the power brick was loose and my toe was near it, so I think it short circuted it. The console was a wee bit warm.

All 4 times, there was 3 RROD.

Should I be worried, what should I do?

    I don't know much about the RROD, but where do you have your 360? Is it on a solid flat surface and well-ventilated? Or is it on carpet in an enclosed space?

    I know I've nearly fried other consoles in the past until I realised carpets=evil.

    It's on a wooden desk, beside a EDTV. Plenty of open space.
