Watery Mars for Google Earth

I'm looking for a Google Earth file that shows how Mars would look like if there were still flowing water on its surface, you know, oceans and lakes and rivers and the like. Is there something like that out there?
I heard that there was something like that in the works, but is still under development. I could be wrong though, cause I heard it on CNN (I think) and they are really sluggish when it comes to tech news.
