Replacing Ancient Videocard

The fan on my Ti4200 stopped working just now. I'm trying to type this as fast as possible before my GPU melts.

I need a replacement for the card. My problem is that I'm running on a shuttle with a 200W power supply. Can anyone recommend me an AGP card that will give me better performance than the 4200 yet will work with the limited amount of juice that my PSU can pump out?

PS. i don't want to replace the PSU because it'll cost a lot more money than I wish to shell out.

A Geforce 6200 would work. Its power consumption would be even lower than a 4200, it will outperform the 4200 thanks to a much more efficient GPU, and there are fanless AGP versions available. You might be able to get something beefier (an AGP 6600 for example), but it's hard to say whether it would put you overbudget on power. This PSU calculator might help you estimate how much overhead you have for the graphics card.
