Cutting up wma tracks

I'd like to be able to cut up some of my music files; meaning I want to select a 20ish second interval from a song, and have that as a separate file. Is this possible? Is there any easy (and I kind of need it to be easy) way to do this?

Thanks for your help

Audacity should be able to do what you're asking.

Thanks, I've got it working now. Although selecting a good start and end point is getting to be really difficult.
