Continuing my recent trend of listening to shit that's been around for a while, I started listening to the Descendents a couple days ago.
I Wanna Be A Bear may be the best song ever.
i got the new album a week before it was released anywhere else and a poster signed by the entire band
also a BOTAR hoodie and i was talking to the dudes from suburban legends and their trumpet player got me all their old cds for free when i bought the new one
Man, Radiohead is pretty fuckin' sick. I can't stop listening to Reckoner or Weird Fishes / Arpeggi. Shit I even busted out I Can't off of Pablo Honey and that's incredible too.
I think my iPod has had all the Radiohead albums on shuffle for the past two weeks and I am not even the least bit tempted to change.
I just now downloaded The Breakthrough by Mary J. Blige. Great album to just listen though. Most albums I can't sit through, I just get bored with them. It's very relaxing.
Perhaps a bit late, but my college friends and I would start EVERY blunt/bowl/marijuana related cruise with this song. It was tradition and you simply can NOT be in a bad mood and listen to that song.
We also had a gravity bong named Roxanne. And The Police lead off every hit to that as well.
