I've been needing new shoes for a while now, so I bought some new Vans. I've been buying Vans for a while now, and I've taken to taking the insoles out of them to put in some Dr. Scholls gel insoles. However this time the insoles aren't removable, or rather they're very difficult to remove. They seem to be glued in, but I've managed to get one out, but there's still some insole left glued to the bottom. The other shoe is proving more difficult.
So my question is, anyone else ever have this problem, or have any advice/tips on how to get these damn things out?
