Last year I took the big line panorama...
...well, I've got this year's up, with more!
(I'm still working on the biggest pano yet, but I'm having some stitching problems-- it's around 50 images)
Sorry if the thumbnails are too wide for the board.
The ham near the bottom of the sign was actually a jab at me. PAC members were running the coat check the majority of the three days and one of them made the sign. I'm not actually fat, but it became an inside joke.
I'm suprised no one has posted this yet; The maydenbauer center.
Oh noes! A pwned truck we spotted outside the local subway.
PAX @ Main Hall
PAX @ PC freeplay and BYOC
PAX @ Table top games room
The Nvidia booth in the exhibition hall.
The Guild Wars booth in the exhibition hall. A good portion of the dev team was present. There was one really cool dev member I chatted with for a few minutes, apparently she created most of the charr!
The Nintendo booth in the exhibition hall. Unreleased games such as the new Legend of Zelda game were showcased, and even playable!
Here are a small few pics of those interestingly dressed and/or in costume:
She was definitly one of the uniquely outfitted at PAX, in a good way. What really caught my attention were attention were those sweet boots! Any JTHM fan will know them well! I noticed a few others were wearing these at PAX, where do you get them and how much?
Here is a pic of someone dressed up as someone we should all know.
As a forum aquaintance once said, there is a little BDSM in everyone, even in princess toadstool! (Or is it strawberry shortcake as everyone says, Princess toadstool would be more logical considering the circumstances)
Here is another costumed PAXite. I wasn't quite sure who she was dressed up as, but I asked. Apparently she is a character from all 3 Soul Calibur games(I'm sure many of you knew this ). She told me the name but I totally forgot, I should play those games more
And here is one of the best costumes at PAX! No one else has put so much detail into their work, and to be so selfless to stay posed for hours on end to please us photographers, but apparently SOME dont seem appreciate such talent
Now will follow some pics of Saturday night's concert:
Here is a very talented pianist playing the themes from the Final Fantasy games, she did an excellent job, I applaud her for pulling off those songs, I'm told they are one of the most difficult pieces to play on a piano.
Here is MC Frontalot getting jiggy on stage.
Here is MC Chris attempting to avoid the giant arm of doom.
Here is one of my favourite acts that night, The Minibosses! If your not familiar with them, their music style is similar to the Neskimos, they do metal renditions of classic video game music! And they did a damn good job too
And that was PAX for this year, I look forward to next year, along with many more pictars! :P
I was actually more impressed by the huge group of drooling fanboys that jammed there way like sardines to stare at the frag dolls. During the tourney it got so crowded on the floor that there were about 20 or 30 leaning over the railing on the floor above.
It's things like that that make me realize how sad we can get sometimes.

Like I said, it was great to have one come up to me to advertise a tournament or something. I sneered and walked away. She didn't do anything to deserve it really, but she gets paid to pretend to flirt with geeks, and they had enough admirers to make up for it.

Actually, they get paid to whip my ass in the finals of the GR2 tourney.
There's no other way to put it, they dominated everyone they faced.

Yeah, you can say what you want about their attitude or personas, but they deserve respect for playing a solid game. I'd find it easier to act all aloof and important if they couldn't play really well.

Should've gotten them put onto a CD...
.....I didn't think of that. you know how much it costs?
Depends on where you go. Maybe an extra $2 to $4
Some places can't put it onto a CD after they're developed and cut...so...
Peach was hot, but why was her bf Spiderman. I mean, I at least would have gone for Luigi.
thats would suck
I'm almost certain that any kits cameras or Camera's west can put it on CD.
Mori took a shit-ton of pics.
Album cover art, swear to god.
BOOO! I got here late. Bring back the pictures.
And of course, Little Miss Moppet:
(Sorry I didn't stop to chat, I figured you'd talked to enough strange men already...)
Other random PAX pictures are here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/56667343@N00/sets/848865/
Damned if I know how long my bandwidth will last, so look quickly.
Which is good, as that is the character I was attempting to cosplay. (:
I want to give him a medal. Or perhaps an amulet.
Represent thy PC roots, ye.

Umm... Yeah. My arm. My sister (who had the camera) isn't one to take many pictures.

Thats soooo my drunk ass on the DDR pad.
The looked unhappy and tired. I did talk to jinx and she was happy the thread "any girl gamers going to pax?" was locked. It was funny.
