PS3/360 multi-platform games?

So I have 360 (Wii too but it doesn't come into factor here) and getting a PS3 soon (just hunting down a 60GB, 'cause I'm just gonna replace the HD and the 40GB is gimped).

But with games like Assassin's Creed and Army of Two, there's obviously going to be differences between the two versions (Eternal Sonata for PS3 having extra story content and such, but ES is released at two seperate times...) in terms of graphics and extras. So is there somewhere that compares the two or will I have to trudge through reviews for both versions?

When GameSpot does reviews for games that appear on more than one platform, they always mention whether there were any significant differences between the two, and whether they recommend one version over another. They also have a little "best" arrow so you can tell at a glance which platform they think it plays best on. Short of waiting for the reviews, I don't think there's any surefire way to tell ahead of time. My gut feeling is that there will be no significant differences in terms of content for any title seeing a simultaneous release, though it may still play better on one platform or the other. It's only in the cases where a developer is porting a title to another platform after release, and find they have some spare cycles to invest, that you'll see extra content being added.

So far it seems that the 360 is the better system for most multi-plats. That could change in the future and is not always true, but a lot of developers have a crazy hard time programming for the PS3 and can work with the 360.
