    What happened to Favre earlier (sorry I didn't see you ask it til now) was he slid and got hit in the head on the way down, sort of like how Trent Green got hit last year.

    Except it was just a Minnesota player's thigh that rocked his head. He lied down for a minute and then got up holding his neck.

    Most likely, considering he played almost the rest of the game. It showed Rodgers as having 17 yards though but he probably came in since the game was over early in the 3rd quarter.

    I went to espn to see if they said anything about it. Not a word, but there was this:

    The Packers were leading 27-0 late in the third quarter when Petrson caught a pass from Vikings quarterback Brooks Bollinger and was tackled low by cornerback Al Harris, injuring his knee.

    After spending several minutes on the ground, Peterson was helped back to the bench, where the Vikings' medical staff appeared to be examining his right knee. He did not return to the game."

    I think he said something during the post-game about flying to Seattle to fill in at both QB and K for the 49ers on Monday, too. Possibly LB for Seattle, if he "feels up to it".

    On NFL.com's game center they said Rodgers was put in since the game was out of reach really.

    Gotta suck for Peterson though. I don't have anything against him personally. I just wasn't going to fall into the trap of of salivating over whatever star running back there was this year. Especially a rookie that everyone's saying is a hall of famer already or something stupid.

    If it weren't for injuries Arizona would have probably taken the west easily. Not that it would be hard to.

    They're not an awful team, just a pretty good team with some bad luck.

    Also, I'm getting the dry thumb in NFL Entropy this week (goobye, six week win-streak!), but I don't mind losing when I'm within 10 points of my optimal lineup.

    Or when, you know, my optimal lineup would still be losing by over 30 points.

    I have no idea how I performed. Brees was okay at best, with 2 TDs and 2 INTs over 272 yards. I can't even remember who else I started.

    I did pretty bad in Pick'em this week. I made my picks for this week last Sunday and on Saturdays I usually go and revise them a little bit. I unfortunately forgot to do that yesterday.
