    Either way, you don't shoot pistols with them up to your eyes like a rifle with a scope. Not to mention the fact that dinosaurs never developed gun powder, iron making, and ballistics. It's fair to say that the 'joke' is simply dinosaur gentlemen spies with guns is absurd, which makes it funny.
