where has the art of conversation gone?
last night i was on the phone for three hours and it was basically
"uh what do you want to talk about?"
"what do you want to talk about?"
this is after i already had a nice discussion about what i had called that person to talk about.
what the hell people why can't we carry a conversation anymore?
i blame message boards and instant messaging.

Maybe the conversation went dead because they'd rather take an order from Bill Clinton than hear your snooty, high-pitched voice.
If your response to "uh what do you want to talk about?" is "what do you want to talk about?", then you're probably not to great at conversation either.
