CDs, track lists, and you!

I'm looking for a program that can print out .m3u files into CD inserts for a jewel CD case.
Like, a nice, neat square that contains a track list.
I've been burning some CDs, and it would be nice to have a track list.

    I think some versions of Nero come with a little app for making cd covers and tracklists.
