The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
It annoys me seriously, if I am forced to buy a product due to advertising.
The sense is that the customers are pushed to buy things through massive advertising.
Have you got an idea about how can I ask the question in a more natural way?
I still try to improve some parts so that they do not sound that clumsy.
It was hard for me to translate the whole thing (especially the chinese one ;-))
"Pushed" would probably work. The whole question would sound better if it was rewritten to say "It annoys me greatly if I am overly pressured to buy a product due to advertising." Lots of them could use rewriting, but that's the only one I had real trouble understanding.

Thanks a lot for your hint. I have already changed these sentence.
After my translation an American Prof. has read the whole thing and said it was ok so,
but I think he was just lazy.
By the way, I still need more english speaking participants (especially from the USA).
Currently there are:
I got seven questions in but I had to stop because I don't understand at all what half the questions are asking. For example:
Regulations and commitments arouse strong resistences within me
"Regulations" are generally interpreted to mean laws or external rules imposed on someone. Commitments are promises you make to other people. I don't understand how to answer this, since I don't really like regulations, but I do honor commitments with little trouble.
"According to bans I response with a "more than ever" attitude"
By "bans" do you mean banning something, like prohibiting someone from doing something? Like "banned books?" So I would interpret this question as: "I would like to see an increasing number of things banned." But that is really an odd sort of question.
"I experience an advice easily as patronizing"
I would interpret this as "When other people give me advice, I often feel that they're patronizing me" but again it depends on what kind of advice we're talking about, and it's a weird question so I think I must have the interpretation wrong.
"It annoys me, if someone indicates things on me, that are generally obvious"
I don't know what it means to indicate something on me. This could go two ways: "It annoys me if other people tell me things about myself that I think are obvious" or "It annoys me if other people tell me things that in general are obvious"
"I rarely act in accordance to someone elses expectation"
This is intelligible but I don't think it's asking what you want to ask. Do you mean expectation as "what others think I'm going to do?" or "what others want me to do?" If it's the former, then yes, I'm a predictable guy. People expect me to show up to work around 10AM because that's what I generally do, and guess what, I do. If it's the latter, then not so much. If my boss has an expectation that I'm going to show up at 7AM, he's going to be sorely disappointed because I'm too lazy to get in before 10.
@Dr.Frylock:
At first thank you very much for your support !!! If you ever have to translate some sentences to german, feel free to aks for advices ;-)
Regulations and commitments arouse strong resistences within me
How about: "Regulations and allegiances arouse strong resistences within me"
Regulations means laws or external rules with commitments/ allegiances I mean things like
you have to visit your grandparents every week because they will be dissapointed If you don´t do so...
"According to bans I response with a "more than ever" attitude"
Maybe it should be: According to forbiddance/ prohibition I response with a "more than ever" attitude
The general meaning of the question should be that if something is forbidden to do, it is even more in my interest to do it.
"I experience an advice easily as patronizing"
I think your interpretation is absolutely right and I change it to: "When other people give me advice, I often feel that they're patronizing me"
"It annoys me, if someone indicates things on me, that are generally obvious" "It annoys me if other people tell me things that in general are obvious" this one from you absolutely fits
to the meaning that it should have!
"I rarely act in accordance to someone elses expectation"
I think it is more the second one. So maybe your girl think you should wear a suit for the dinner and you show up in jeans and shirt. Or your parents expect from you that you are going to study something and you go working as a construction worker....
This is intelligible but I don't think it's asking what you want to ask. Do you mean expectation as "what others think I'm going to do?" or "what others want me to do?" I still need some more english speaking participants (especially from the USA).
Currently there are:
english 39
chinese 41
russians 73
germans 158
Thanks for helping me.
If that whole questionnaire and diploma thing does not work I have to get one of
those 7 days Ashwood diploma ;-)
(and I´m not sure if my next employer will be that happy about that)
The questionnaire is online until the next sunday. After that I have to start with the data analysis.
But I am still searching for some more english speaking participants.
Thanks for everyone who will take part at this and of cours thanks to everyone who have already participated!
