    Let me do a rundown for you. Call of Duty 4 introduces some RPG elements. PA finds this troubling. The comic is a parody of an RPG (WoW) plus CoD4.
    It actually gave you a little text box to tell you wtf was up which is generally more than you get

    It was.

    He sets up something that might be a funny joke if handled properly and then just totally botches and misses the punch-line. It's the equivalent of telling a knock-knock joke and when the person asks "who's there?" you say "STUPID FACE" and then you both yell "AHHHHHH!" at each other for 10 minutes.

    No. There are "RPG ELEMENTS" in the game, so they mocked up a parody where they take that concept too far and add in all these MMO-specific jokes (primarily World of Warcraft) to highlight the absurdity and make with the funny.

    I guess Gabe really should have added all that shit in there via text-box for you huh?
