Hello IT Arcadians, I am looking for the best/quickest way to make .MSI packages for software frequently used by my users. How do you guys go about this? I know it involved creating an XML file or script, but I was looking for something a bit less tedious I guess. Is there anything out there?

I'm not sure what you're creating, but you can create MSIs really easily using Visual Studio, if what you're trying to package is an application you've developed.

PirateJon, does nullsoft installer let you do silent installs?
