Frequent Crash to BSOD Problem - XPPro

I formatted my HDD a couple of days ago as part of my 18month schedule but quite soon after the reinstallation of windows was complete I'd get system crashes to BSODs which showed one of two messages:

KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR

STOP 0x00000077

or

STOP 0x000000F4

I'm running Windows XP Professional and ran Windows Update after the OS installation. I've no idea what's changed anything this time round but every couple of hours my computer'll crash and display one of the above.

So, H/A, let's see what you've got.

I ran Antivir earlier today and it found absolutely nothing. I've just ran chkdsk /f /r(the longest, most boring procedure I've ever endured) and it's yet to crash so here goes. I'll post again if the problem arises again.
