It's OK but it's not normal. You get jealous because she sees her bf once every couple of weeks? That's pretty possessive. She isn't your girlfriend. You see her more than her bf does.
You just have to be a man about it; you had your chance to ask her out, but yeah, you're too late. So it's your responsibility to just live with it until the situation changes.

Put yourself in her boyfriend's shoes. You spend more time with her than he does and you're not her boyfriend. How would that make you feel? Do you like this girl more than just as a good friend?
Is she your only friend? Or part of a group? If she's your only friend, and it's platonic, that's kind of weird given that she's not your girlfriend. And you spend the rest of the time with her. If it's with a group... that's also kind of weird, since you've got the rest of the group to do things with and she's going to see someone she only sees every couple months.
Would you be jealous if she was visiting her parents every couple months?
1) There is no way to instantly magically Unlike someone. If you have feelings for her you have feelings for her and you have feelings for her. Only time and genuine disinterest will ever change this.
2) Please stop posting like you're on something. Your posts are so vague I hardly understand what you're trying to say here, think about what you might put in a tl;dr .
