MS excel question (viewing first columns/rows when scrolling)

I'm working in a rather big table in Excel atm, and i remember that it's possible to select a number of rows and/or columns to always stay visible, while you scroll through the rest. However, cannot recall how to do this. Anyone able to help me remember?

Thanks in advance.

What you're looking for is the 'Preeze Panes' option on the Window menu. You can highlight a row or column and all rows or columns before it will freeze where they are currently displayed. To turn if off, the option will turn to 'Unfreeze Panes' instead if 'Freeze Panes'. You'll probably need to play around with it for a while to get the right setup for your spreadsheet.
