Achievements Comparison Website?

Wasn't there a website you could log into and see what achievements you have, plus where you ranked as far as other users in terms of percentage complete of all the achievements in every game?
I've tried looking it up but I can't see to find it any more. I know it's not xbox360achievements.org because that site needs you to physically check each achievement you've gotten...and I'm not about to do that.
I don't know why Microsoft doesn't already do this. If they don't already.

Microsoft kinda do do this, via www.xbox.com, but not in the same way that other sites do.
You can check all your achievements and all your friends achievements, but there is no way to check on a per game, per country, or per-whatever-else basis. For that go to mygamercard.
