Any advice for ordering games online?

So yesterday I was going to pick up Mass Effect when I found out the game is fully dubbed in italian. 
I was pretty much convinced they would do like most games over here and keep the original voice actors and just translate the text and add subtitles.
Anyway, it seems my only options to play the game in English is to order the English version and since my local game stores don't deal with imports, I'm going to have to find an online solution.
Does anybody know some good stores to order from? Even general advice for buying stuff online would be helpful since I've never done it before.

According to this they DO deliver games to Italy (just not electronics, which is a separate section on their site)
Mass Effect or Limited Edition.
