weird thing with IE7

Hi there, I'm having some problems with my internet browser. Occasionly when I scroll with the mouse wheel the page size will change and when I click on a link it opens in a new tab which i don't want it to:x

Any advice

    Is your ctrl key (or alt, i forget which it is in IE) stuck?

    That's CTRL.

    CTRL + Mousewheel = adjust textsize

    CTRL + Leftclick = Open in New Tab
