Midnighter has been captured by an evil organization, and they put him in a room with some other guy who tries to convince him to join. Midnighter being Midnighter, kills him, and they send in their super team to take him out.

They arrive in the room, see the corpse in the corner, and some blood leading to under the bed. They walk over, lift it up, and see the dude Midnighter killed, but with the scalp removed.

Then there's a panel of one of them saying "That's not good." as Midnighter rises up behind them wearing the dude's face/hair like a hat and smiling crazily.
