A parent group has given another "Annual Report Card" to retailers nationwide and much like the previous years, the retailers hasn't improved their policies. While I don't believe violent video games does anything to a person, I'm disappointed that retailers are still letting some 12 year old buy Grand Theft Auto without asking for ID.
