Anyone remember the song 'They Don't Know' by Tracy Ullman?
Well, a couple of years back I ran across (on the internet) a cover of this song. I'd like to know a.) who did this cover and b.) where I might relocate this cover.
The things that I know:
a.) It was a performance. I believe it was like, on a talk show or more likely in a radio station... I'm thinking it was one of those radio show performances. I know the Decemberists have done them.
b.) It was one guy with an acoustic guitar.
c.) The guy was famous on his own. He was/is the lead singer/guitarist of his own (popular, I think) band.
defghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz.) It's annoying because I know the band I speak of. I mean, they're not coming to mind but I'm sure I like them and have several albums of theirs. I remember noting this when listening to the cover. Even so, the frontman (and his band) completely elude my mind at present.

That would be it! (I'm almost positive, I'd still have to hear a copy of the song to confirm but my memory of his voice is now clicking with DCFC).
