Photobook sites

I wanted to make a photobook for my fiancée for her birthday, among other things. What sites have you guys used and/or recommend? It'll be around 40-50 photos, probably only 1 per page, with a non-leather cover (she hates leather). Let's assume quality is of primary importance, not cost. Thanks.

    Apple's iPhoto has some awesome photo products, but you obviously need access to a Mac.

    Otherwise, the shutterfly.com offerings are supposed to be pretty good, and even for hardcover, the prices seem pretty reasonable.
