Need help locating a video clip

I'm looking for a clip I saw on the internet probably up to 2 years ago. It's in Tokyo's Yoyogi park (where there are lots of street performers). It's a simple video. Just a single guitarist sitting on the curb playing and singing a song alone (looks like after a larger set finished). There is a black fence behind him. I really don't have any more information other than that. I can say he seems really happy and unconcerned with anything. The song is the same, very lighthearted.
There are many jpop videos similar to this description on googlevideo, youtube and others but I havent been able to find this specific one. I may have gotten to it back then when it was linked through fark or fazed. please help me find it! Thanks -Steve
