PA:RSPOD released in Australia?

I'm sorry if someone has already posted; I checked through both 2 pages of this forum, I'm not sure if I missed one, if so, please forgive me. Anyway, could someone please tell me if PA:RSPOD will be released in Australia? And if so, when?

    I'm almost certain that once it comes out, it'll be available for anyone that is connected to the internets to purchase.
