ok, I sent a request for a non-express shipment, standard replacement for my defective strat. The first RMA request was cancelled for some bizarre reason, after 2 weeks. Ok...so I contact them and they tell me "our computer cancelled your request"...so I said "yeah I'm aware, WHY did it happen?" and they just reiterated the statement that it was indeed, cancelled. I make a second one 2 days ago, and now this one says "failed"...wtf? my street adress is 100% correct, I have a copy of the game and my broken strat is still broken....so I have no idea what's going on. I contacted them AGAIN about my failed or cancelled RMA and yet to hear anything.
Is it a particularly long address?
My initial one sat in limbo for a long time. The customer service rep took a new one over the phone and couldnt get it to go through.
The reason? It couldnt handle both the company name and the suite number.
