S-Video to 'Little Yellow Plug' video?

I'd like to pipe the video from my sweet new computer to my older television without buying a new television.

The video card outputs S-Video, but the television only has the little yellow plug style video input.

Is there an easy way to interface the two, or would I need something expensive to do the job?

What you need is an S-video to RCA adapter. Happy motoring.

While you're at it, unless you've already got a decent sound system, go ahead and pick up a 1/8 headphone to red and white stereo cable for about six bucks and pipe some sound to the television as well.

I did this with an old celeron PC (I just added a cheap 128 meg video card) and I used it to stream movies and music to my television. It works well for video, just don't try to read any text

If there's a Radio Shack near you they usually have this kind of stuff.

For future reference, that "little yellow plug" is known as "RCA" or "composite" (which is different from component).
