Xbox 360 and Zune

Okay, so my cousin got a new Zune for christmas and here's the thing;

He can't figure out how to get the music from his Xbox onto the Zune. Is there a way possible? We've tried looking it up and can't find fuck all about it. He has no issue getting his Xbox to play files on the Zune, we just can't find where to get his stuff off his Xbox.

Before you ask; yes they're all his CD's and none of it is pirated (he doesn't even own a computer, much less know how to use it).

Please help!

I don't think you can sync, or add things to the Zune from the 360.
If you want to add music/video/pictures, I'm pretty sure you need a Windows PC.

This is correct, the zune will only sync with the zune player. Once the songs are on the zune they can be played on the 360 but nothing can be moved between them.

So if you have a windows PC, can you transfer songs from the 360 to the Zune?

I'm pretty sure once something is on the 360, it can either be
1. played from the 360; or
2. deleted.

But, since all the music is from your friends CDs, once you have a windows PC, if you have the CDs you can just put the songs on the PC and then transfer to the zune.
