There are a huge number of possibilities for what could be wrong, most of them having do to with the ignition or fuel delivery systems - a quick search finds this post with what looks like a halfway decent rundown of some of the possibilities.
I would think back to the last month or two you've been driving the car, and try to recall any sounds, smells, warning lights, etc. that seemed out of the ordinary, as that could be a big clue to whatever's wrong. Failing that, you're going to have to take it to be checked out somewhere.
Did you try to jump start it at all? When weather gets cold and cars sit that long this tends to happen. First and cheapest thing to do is see if you can jump start it.
